Summit is led by three leaders who’ve spent their careers inside the kinds of organizations we now help.
Audra Herman
Founder
Audra founded Summit Change Partners in 2010 to guide companies through large-scale enterprise change. Before that, she led operations, process improvement, and change management initiatives at Keane, an IT services firm, developing change strategies for Fortune 500 companies. She holds a BS in Finance and a BS in Telecommunications Management from Syracuse University, and an MBA in Marketing from Boston College. She is a PCC-certified executive coach, a Six Sigma Yellow Belt, and an ATD certified e-learning specialist. Audra lives in Colorado with her family and enjoys mountain climbing, hiking, skiing, and yoga.
Cindy Bessette
Vice President
Cindy brings over 25 years in technology, change management, marketing, and business alliance roles across financial services, healthcare, high-performance computing, media, and manufacturing. She joined Summit in 2013 after senior roles at Oracle, Sun Microsystems, and Hewlett-Packard. She holds an MBA and an MSW from Boston College and a BS from Brown University.
Kristin Rowell
Vice President
Kristin brings 25 years of experience in project management, change management, strategy, and organization design across telecommunications, financial services, healthcare, and advertising. She joined Summit in 2013 and has led initiatives in platform consolidation, career development programming, and sales enablement redesign. She holds a BA in Anthropology from Dartmouth College.
